About the event
I am grateful to River Valley Co-op for hosting me this May for my first Yoga Nidra workshop. Often called "yogic sleep", yoga nidra is a practical way to work with stress, awareness, and true relaxation.
This chair-based session is designed to be accessible and realistic for people who feel tired, overstimulated, or stretched thin. We’ll explore how rest can be an active practice, and how small, repeatable shifts in awareness can actually carry into daily life.
If you’ve been curious about meditation or looking for something supportive that doesn’t add more to your plate, this might be a good place to start.
