About the event
This gentle, survivor-centered space uses breathwork, mindful movement, and guided reflection to help participants reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their sense of safety, and explore what healthy boundaries feel like from the inside out.
This workshop is designed to honor choice, autonomy, and rest.
