About the event

This gentle, survivor-centered space uses breathwork, mindful movement, and guided reflection to help participants reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their sense of safety, and explore what healthy boundaries feel like from the inside out.

This workshop is designed to honor choice, autonomy, and rest.  About the Facilitator: Azell Cavaan is a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, trauma informed facilitator, and social emotional learning practitioner with a Master of Education in Social Emotional Learning, Mindfulness and Yoga. She is the founder of So Soulful Yoga and Wellness and a mentor with Breathe For Change, supporting educators and leaders in integrating regulation based practices into professional settings. Her work centers on nervous system informed facilitation, accessible wellness practices, and behavior change support rooted in compassion and practical application. This workshop is part of Embodied Healing (formerly Healing thru Creative Arts) Zoom Workshops, sponsored by The Phoenix Project, (formerly Survivor Theatre Project) for survivors of sexual violence.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
