Thrive Together
Drop-in trauma-informed yoga and psychoeducation workshops for adult survivors of sexual trauma
Second and fourth Wednesday of every month
6-8pm at 50 Arrow Gallery
Thrive Together is a free, drop-in yoga and embodiment series created for adult survivors of sexual trauma. Grounded in trauma-informed care and the wisdom of yoga philosophy, each workshop offers an opportunity to reconnect with the body, cultivate self-awareness, and explore healing in a supportive community setting.
This rotating series, invites participants to attend any session(s) that resonates with them. Each workshop stands on its own while exploring themes that support healing, perseverance, and autonomy. After every cycle we will explore a unique theme related to survivorship.
-
Honoring Your Boundaries (Bramacharya)

Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, guided reflection, and accessible psychoeducation that helps participants better understand the effects of trauma on the mind and body. Drawing from both yoga and neuroscience, workshops explore concepts such as nervous system regulation, the Window of Tolerance, neuroplasticity, post-traumatic growth, and healing in community.
Thrive Together is facilitated through a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes choice, autonomy, and nervous system safety. All practices are invitational, with chair and mat options available. Participants are never asked to share personal trauma histories, and all genders are welcome.
Whether you attend once or return regularly, Thrive offers a space to explore healing at your own pace, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember that you are not alone.
